career coaching to get started

Getting Started with your coaching

So how do I know if working with you would be right for me?

Firstly, have a look at the comments that other clients have made about working with me. These will give you an understanding of how coaching can help you.

Then, give me a call or send me an email and let’s arrange an initial chat. There’s no cost to you and it gives you a chance to share what’s on your mind and for me to outline how being coached can help you. This conversation gives us a chance to get to know each other a little and an opportunity for you to ask questions that will help you decide if coaching is the right thing for you now.

What’s a typical programme look like?

With a new client it’s normal to agree a six session programme.  I ask that you commit to four sessions as a minimum as it’s important to allow sufficient time for the coaching process to take effect as change happens at different speeds for everyone.

Each session is 1 hour and 30 minutes and at the moment I am only working on Zoom or telephone with new clients but this can be reviewed in time. I have however found that this approach is working for my clients and I have extended my reach and am working with people all over the UK.

Ok, so I’d like to arrange some coaching sessions

What should I do?

Please let me know if you would like coaching and we will agree the number of coaching sessions, fees and payment, time and date for the first coaching session. As a follow up, I will then send you a coaching agreement which outlines my responsibilities to you as your coach as well as yours as the client. It’s very straight forward.
